My husband and I ended up eating here after a favorite restaurant was packed. This was our first visit to an OSF but after hearing good things about the Indianapolis location, we thought we would give it a try. That was mistake number one.
Mistake number two was not leaving after the salads arrived. The bagged browning lettuce with bagged croutons was way below our expectations. The entrees were no better. I found myself wishing I had gone to the Meijer across the street, purchased the same frozen items used The old spaghetti factory cincinnati prepare the meals, and microwaved them in my hotel room. It would have saved time and money while still tasting the same or better.
This will be our lady experience with OSF! This Old Spaghetti Factory has issues and it is always the staff. I have eaten at this location several times. The time before our waiter was trying to carry too much at one time and ended up cutting his finger pretty bad when he dropped some glasses on our table.
This last time our waitress was obviously covering to many tables as I had trouble getting a drink and bread refills.
I think they just have a problem with trying to have too few people cover to many tables and service falls way down. On another note they have changed the menu and your drink is no longer included in the meal.
We are staying in town for a swim meet so of course my girl wanted pasta! We The old spaghetti factory cincinnati in and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful I'd like to come back to dine in.
We ordered 2 delicious dishes and were surprised they came with bread, salad and icecream. Great menu, lots of options, nice ambiance and delicious food. Excellent party room options. The food was adequate. Lettuce from a bag, watery dressing, small spaghetti portion.
